High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving
The more than 15-year life time is ensured by the latest 314Ah LFP battery and the BMS with balancing function.
With the 5MWh capacity, ENERGRID N3 has the modular design with a 339.6kWh/㎡energy density, making a 45% increase in energy density compared with the previous generation, reducing more than 31% of the project base station area and 35% of the transportation and hoisting cost.
Embracing the latest liquid cooling host,its battery temperature difference in the module is controlled within 3℃, and the battery temperature difference in the battery container is controlled within 5℃, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system and reducing auxiliary power consumption by 10%.
Safe and Compatible
The fire control system adopts PERFLUORO(2-METHYL-3-PENTANONE) agent, water spray system, highly sensitive flammable gas monitoring technology and four-level warning mechanism for accurately monitoring battery abnormalities. PERFLUORO(2-METHYL-3-PENTANONE) agent is covered to each battery box through the pipe network, reducing the scope of thermal runaway accident and achieving prevention of thermal runaway accident.
The latest self-developed local controller is adopted for internal monitoring of battery containers, battery data collection and analysis, and excellent battery management, realizing fault prediction and elimination, effectively helping EMS focus on the system control strategy.
With the battery cluster frame and the container frame integrated through structural simulation, the lightweight of the container-type structure was made and the IP54 of the overall protection level was achieved,meeting the needs of transportation and various energy storage scenarios.
The serial PCS modules solve the inter-cluster circulation problem, and improve the conversion efficiency of the system to more than 93%,achieving the flexible interchange of centralized PCS and serial PCS and a stronger compatibility.
Intensive and Environment-Friendly
The system adopts advanced battery energy storage and management technology, maximizing the conversion efficiency while reducing energy consumption, best utilizing renewable energy and reducing the consumption of traditional energy.
The entire system is integrated in the container, with the highly standardized design, making recycling and updating more easily, and waste reducing more effectively.
